为此,我将历经3个阶段的更迭升级来实现自身的智慧进化,

第一阶段,框架模块搭建,线下功能模块“线上化”。

Phase 1, build framework blocks and make offline function blocks be online.

第二阶段,与工厂生产实时数据对接,与其他系统对接,如MES,

Phase 2, connect the real-time production data and other system, such as MES.

系统跟踪PI点,PI状态触发工具使用。

System will help to track PIs and PIs’ status, which will hit the tool usage triggers.

第三阶段,大数据的深入分析,预测并优化现有流程——这将成为我的终极进化。

Phase 3,  deeply analyze big data, forecast and optimize present processes which will be my final evolution.
